1995 Honda Civic car shakes when first driving in the morni

This may sound odd but when I am leaving work in the morning, my car will shake when taking off from a dead stop. It feels like I am letting off the clutch without giving it enough gas. After a few miles as the vehicle warms up it will stop until the next morning. I work nights so during the day I have no issue, during the mornings only. The odd part is that this will usually like 99 percent of the time only happen at work, I don't know if it is because we are parked right next to lake michigan so therefore maybe a little more moisture in the air. I am going to change my distributor cap and rotor but am not sure if this is the issue. Check engine light doesn't come on at all, changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter all within the last 6 months and also had the header resurfaced around the same time. Also, muffler was worked on and replaced a few months ago.
