How do you change the heat/ ac control panel light /on a 1994 Honda Civic LX?

Hi dewayne33us,
You would need to remove the control panel to change the bulbs which are plugged and/or twisted in.
HEATER CONTROL PANEL
Removal & Installation
Remove center lower panel (4 screws).
Remove radio.
Disconnect air mix control cable from linkage at bottom of heater unit.
Remove heater control panel (3 screws).
To install, reverse removal procedure.
Adjust air mix cable and heater valve cable.
