1994 Honda Civic car in storage

I have had my Honda in storage for about 1.6 years and when I start it there is a lot of white smote coming from the tail pipe. Is this normal? I would like to sell it, but not sure if I should have tune up first.

Any help would be appreciated.

The smoke might of just been moisture trapped in the exhaust system that is clearing out.

Does the smoke have a certain sweet smell do it? If it doesn't then there is nothing to worry about.
