1993 Honda Civic About the main relay

1993 Civic will not always start within 20-30 minutes of shutdown. After cool down, starts fine. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor replaced due to marginal condition, but did not solve problem. Any ideas on next thing to check? Appreciate!
