1992 Honda Civic leaks and a bit of steam

Okay its like wen I make a few stops you know a cuople of erands and I get home and turn off the key I hear wut I'm guessing is the coolant bubble-ing or gargling thru the engine. I don't see any fluid coming from the water pump when I get out and pop the hood I see a lil steam coming from the resevore tank and coolent leaks from the bottom but I can't find exactly were its dripping from. And I keep all oil and coolent up on the civic but don't know what it it is. First I thought maybe I added to much coolent but this never happen to any of my other cars. What could this problem be and how could I fix it ? Please help thanks
