HOW DO I GET THE SET SCREW TO RELEASE THE IGNITION ROTOR---WHAT DO I NEED TO REMOVE IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE IGNITION ROTOR

Hi pkoon55,

The distributor rotor screw is usually very difficult to remove. Spray some rust remover.
Use a screwdriver with a square or hex handle and grip with open and spanner to try to loosen.

Rotor might need to be pried off with 2 screw drivers as it usually is stuck.
