Welcome to the forum, are there any codes? Possibilities, faulty fan-- relay-- coolant temperature switch-- wiring circuits. To check for codes, the ecu should be under the carpet, passenger side footwell. When you turn the key on, no further, there is an led that will flash codes, if any, you count the flashes to get the codes. One flash is a code one, two flashes is a code 2 and so on.

You can also take connector loose from fan, use jumper wires from battery for voltage and ground, to circuits that go to the fan, use inline fuse on jumper. Black wire with yellow tracer is voltage. Blue wire with black tracer is ground. See if the fan will run?
