1989 honda civic wagon 200,000 miles

My Honda died while i was driving it. it will turn over but does not start. i had this problem before and took it to the dealer for repair but i don't recall what the diagnosis was. the prior owner has replaced the starter cylinoid
twice once in 99 and again in 2001. could this be the problem ? i cant afford to have it towed to a shop and will have a friend attempt to do the repairs if i can just figure out where to start looking . can u help me? :roll:
