1985 Honda Civic Windshield Wiper switch

My question is, my windshield wiper switch in steering column is broke and I have to keep my fuse out so that it is not constantly on. How do I replace this part?

REMOVAL: Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the upper and lower steering column covers. Disconnect the connectors from the switch. Remove the switch retaining screws and slide the switch from its mount.

INSTALLATION: Install the new switch in position and connect the electrical leads. Install the upper and lower steering column covers. Check for proper operation.
