2009 Honda City Problem with 'Horn' sound.

My new Honda City (ANHC) has a peculiar problem with Horn.
The sound varies from high to low, when pressed for say 3 secs or more...variations even in 'blasts' too.

It's a new car and I am worried.

Sounds like a defective horn. Sometimes tapping on the horn while someone holds the horn pad down can make it change. Regardless this should be under factory warranty
