I tested the Radiator fan directly connecting to battery and it works fine. Hoever when engine is heated only the second fan works and radiator fan does not start. Is it to do with some clutch or switch or relay or fuse? How do I isolate? Also the heater meter does not show any high temperature and is constant at one position. Could you kindly help?
