Turning lights are blinking way to fast!!!! What is wrong?

I have a 2003 Accord and I changed flashing bulbs with some after market ones. Front and rear lights are blinking way to fast. What do I need to do to make it work. I can't find the location for fuses! Do I need to upgrade the fuses?
