Replace Accord Struts, when?

Should struts be replaced based on mileage or what would be the trigger for replacement?

2003 Accord, 4cyl, 150K miles., great shape.

Replace as needed. That car is WAY to new to need them. Don't replace until you see a leak in the strut or you notice symptoms that are associated with worn out struts. Some will last the life of the car.
