Would like to know approximately how much it would cost to replace waterpump and timing belt on a 92 Honda Accord Sedan with 4 cylinder manual transmission with 200000 miles.

I have a 99 accord and was recently quoted about $500. This included a new water pump which I understand is a wise move. The quote was from a honda dealership.

That could be about right. Less I would believe. The parts should run around $100 to $125. Do the pump at the time of replacing the timing belt is a wise decision.
