1993 Honda accord 160K miles. There is no power to any of the windows and the instrument cluster including speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, temp gauge, and tack. I've switched the power window relay with the fan relay (they are the same) and no change. Is there anything electrically common to the instrument cluster and the power windows? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I do have a multimeter to take measurements.
