I have a 96 Honda Accord 6 Cyl engine manual transmission.
I have a new battery, new starter, and new battery cables.
When I go to start car on the first click of the switch the idiot lights come on. When I turn the switch to start the car the idiot lights go out and the engine does't turn over. When I use a jumper wire on the starter with the ignition :D :D switch turned on and the trans in neutral the car will start. It will then start again with the ignition switch for a while before I have to jump it again. Is this an ignition switch problem or a neutral safety switch problem?
