Honda front end noise

I have a 1992 honda accord, I have recently put in new bearings and cv joint for the passenger side, but I still hear a noise like a wore bearing (not exactly a grinding noise but more like a tension noise like something is being squeezed) I think it might be the trans axle but not sure. Could you please give me some input. Thanks, Billy Wilson
