Honda Accord Electrical Problem

I have a 1998 Honda Accord 2.4, 100,000 mileage. I'm having what I think is an electrical problem, it started around 2 months ago when my headlights low lights went out and I changed the bulbs but that didn't help, also checked the fuses but nothing. I kept going with my high lights and then the right out went out and a little later the other one too. So right now I don't have any lights but the turn signals still work, and right now the light for the ac are flicking on/off when the ac is on and it goes cold/hot. So I'm thinking this is an electrical issue of some kind.
