I have a 94 accord ex f22b1 2.2l vtec 5spd 220k, that is having problems that i suspect could be the clutch or trans (hopefully neither) I was approaching a light on a slight slope in gear without any accel, and when the light turned (around 2500 rpms) i aplied gas and it started to shutter, as if it was in to low of rpm for the gear. when idling, it drops to about 200rpm ready to stall then cuts on, and when driving 2nd-5th gear, it shutters and then at certain rpms (about 3000rpm) it stops and as the right accel. 1st gear is fine and it only does this when it gets to operating temp. also the clutch pedal does not have the freeplay that it had before it happend making me believe it could be low on fluid. i have also noticed that i can keep it from shuttering as much as it does slowly letting out the clutch when shifting. There was burning smells early on, but havent smelt it since first time. any ideas?

Give the circumstances, the smell, and mileage I would say that a clutch would take care of your problems.
