'98 honda accord fuel system

Hi, let me just start off by saying that I whole-heartedly appreciate this website. I have a '98 Honda Accord 3.0 liter automatic 2 door coupe, mileage 115000. No prior problems at all. I haven't been able to drive for a few months and so my car has been sitting without being ran. I tried to start it the other day and it cranked but didn't start. So I immediately started researching the problem online...most signs pointed to fuel pump. So I went back out to see if I could hear the pump and there was nothing...so I replaced the pump and tried again...still nothing. Is there a relay or something that should be replaced in order for the fuel pump to work? I've already checked and replaced it's fuse.

The relay would be in the same fuse box as the fuse, have you check to see if there is fuel pressure, you might not hear the pump, so also check the fuel pressure regulator.

There is no pressure, and the fuel pump doesn't make any noise. no click or hum or anything indicating that it is on. Isn't there only pressure if the pump is working? Which relay am I looking for?

Okay just need to make sure no pressure, I believe your relay is located next to the under dash fuse panel, try there and check for voltage with your key on. If no voltage recheck fuses, if voltage is there then check relay you have to remove and using battery voltage with jumpers test the relay I hope there is a diagram on it to show witch terminals you have to jump out and witch ones you check for continuity. (sorry I dont have that info with me) If the relay checks out good then check wiring harness to the fuel pump, and from the fuses. Also I think honda calls it a "main relay" so it probley does more than just fuel.
