This is a multiple request for help, please.
94 Honda Accord LX, 2.2L 4-cyl, 248K

ABS dash light comes on, after about 30 secs or so of a buzzing noise when I start my car. Then I hear a click, the light comes on, and never goes out until I shut off the car.

AC stopped working. Replaced bad condensor fan - no luck. Seems like the compressor won't engage.

Engine temp dash gauge shoots full hot as soon as I start my car, but all engine temps tests are ok. Changed thermostat, radiator fan switch, coolant temp gauge sending unit, engine temp sending unit. Nothing worked.

AC/Heater & ashtray dash lights don't come on anymore.

This all seems like electrical problems to me, like possibly a short. This is something I can't fix on my own. I know it's a lot to ask, but any advice would be helpful.

TIA

check the wiring harness for signs of rubbing and or being pinched or smashed. Has the car been in an accident?

Yes, it's been in 2 accidents. One about 9 years ago - major body work, new radiator. The other about 2 years ago - just some minor front end body work.

The wiring and some of the components of the ABS fuse/relay box have melted a little.

Is the wiring harness something that is easily replaced?

Easitly replaced? NO Anytime you have the melting you mention, I would be concerned about what is being affected, will it do more damage (fire) and what was the cause of the problem? The replacement is almost to extensive to comprehend. Very expensive.
