My car is only a 2007. I have replaced the front brakes in the last year already. I have encountered some grinding . I had it checked with Honda . They made an adjustment and didn't charge me. Now at 28k i have a shimmy when i brake on a hill and hear a thumping noise. The hill isn't that steep. Honda checked it out says the rotors need to be turned and the front brakes changed again they are at 50% .Why do they need to be changed? I think They are full of it . Could it be the rotors were warped to begin with. They won't admit to that.
Please help! L

It might be because of your driving habits. If the rotor was warped to begin with, it would of been faulty from day 1.

I would not recommend turning the rotor, I would recommend replacement.
