2005 Honda Accord Wire Hanging Beneath Car

There is a wire, it appears to have com un-clipped, coming down from underneath the car byt the front passengers side. Could you tell me what this could be? Also, can I just buy the parts and clip it back up? The car is covered by extended warranty , but if it is a matter of cheap clips vs. warranty deductible - I would rather do it myself.

We did get underneath there and it looked to be an oxygen sensor line. It turned out that it (for the most part) had just slipped out of the clips - however one was broken. So hopefully you can just slide under and see where it runs and clip it back up.

This sort of stuff is my biggest contention with Honda - the really cheap plastics they use break throughout the entire vehicle... from stereo ****s to clips under the car.
