Headlight replacement I can't seem to figure how

I can't seem to figure how to get the old (burned out) bulb out of the housing. I can see the electrical connector and I see three silver (galvanized) phillips-headed screwes around the back but i don't see any way to twist/turn any kind of retaining ring or retainer. Please help. I'd hate to take this to the dealer for this. Thanks much.

Turn the bulb 45 degrees clockwise and remove thats it after you unplug it. Put the new bulb in in the reverse order. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
