2004 Honda Accord Emissions Light

My emissions light is on, I took my car in and a diagnostic test was ran and came back with no problems. I checked the gas cap and we have unhooked the battery. Is this something I need to be worried about.

If a diagnostic shows no error codes then it should be nothing to worry about as it is an intermittent problem.
