my powersteering rack is leaking at the inner tie rod boot ,pretty bad. is there a seal i can replace or is the rack junk

Thank you for the donation.
There is a repair kit available for the steering rack assy and it is serviceable unless there are physical damage to the rack components.
Repair time is quoted at 4.9 hours for overhaul of the rack.
Replacement of rack assy is 3.6 hours if you get a used rack from the scrap yard.
