2002 Honda Accord Cd and anti-theft don't work after a jump

Hi there,

I just had a jump start (I had left the lights on for two days.) and after that, the CD doesn't work, the anti-theft light on top of the CD is always on even I opened the door with the remote control. I can still operate the car with the light on- no alarm goes off.

Do I need to bring the car to the dealer to re-set everything? Or I can do it by myself?
