2001 Honda Accord rotating fan button to position 1 and 2 t

My car is honda accord 2001,When i am setting the rotating fan button to position 1 and 2 there is no air coming out of the vents. But works perfectly at position 3 and 4. Now, the question is, how can i resolve that issue,if any body have any idea please share with me.How much it cost?

Hello,

Sounds like your Blower Motor Resistor, it is located at the blower motor.
