why does my rpms go down when im at the stop sign and it fills like it wants too turn off

Hi abramb,
The idling system is not functioning correctly and getting the IAC and throttle body cleaned and readjusting the idling speed should be the first thing to do.
If the Check Engine Light is not indicating, the above should work.
