2000 Honda Accord removal of harmonic balancer

2000 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

to remove bolt for balancer. can i put socket & breaker bar on it and bump starer? will that bust it loose or tighten it?

That will undo it, but you must take extreme caution in doing it this way.
