i own a 00 accord coupe ex v6. a couple of weeks ago i started hearing wind in my car while the windows were closed. as time progressed it got louder and worse. now my driver side will not stay all the way up. when i try to close it it will go all the way up but then bang into the frame and come back down about a 1/4". i can pull up with my hands to seal it to prevent rain from getting in but it slowlys drops as time passes. how can i fix this problem?
