2000 Honda Accord Fuel Tank

What is the step by step way to remove the fuel tank. I have a leak on top of the tank and from looking at it there is quite a large amount of equipment to remove to see the top. The viewing hole for the pump is clear and no leak at that position. Is there another inspection plate or do the tank have to come down:

Sub frame' Struts and a large number of other lines and brackets seem to have to be removed. Is there a simple way to do this.
