Brakes problem
2000 Honda Accord Manual
I am car shopping. I found a Honda that by checking the VIN was in OHIO for about 8 years. The carfax is good but...I saw on the brake discs the part of the car you can see past the wheel the round part is very rusty looking. It is like this on all 4 discs(all over the round parts) My question is should I be worried about this? It has a detailed work history and the brakes were replaced in September 2008. Wouldn't they have replaced this if it was something to worry about? I am assuming that there is snow and salt and snow that this car was driving thru the years it spent in OHIO. Should I be worried about any other rust areas? Please advise.
