My front end passenger side suspension squeaks quite loudly when driving, no clunks or rattling noises though. It has just started within the past month and it's wintertime. The front struts work well and don't continue to bounce when I push down on the sides of the front end. The handling quality hasn't diminished noticeably either yet. As a related note, my car is currently out of alignment and tends to go out of alignment quite easily as this is the third time in 50k that I have had to get it aligned. What should I inspect that could cause a squeak, possibly be related to alignment issues but without noticeably affecting suspension performance - balljoint, control arm, bushing of some sort??? Thanks.

Alignment will not cause noise and or …

very common for a dry ball joint and or tie rod to make that kind of noise
jack the tire of the ground and turn the wheel
most likely the squeaking is gone
drive it for few will come back
