My 1999 honda accord is having a problem with brake light not working. I have checked the bulbs and the fuses and they both are working fine. When I turn on the headlights all the lights on the back of the car turn on, but when I put my foot on the brake only the light from the spoiler and the center light on the back dash light up. the 2 lights on the body stay in the clearance light mode. What could be the reason this is and how can I fix it?
