1998 Honda Accord windshield washer

A week or so ago, my windshield washer stopped working. When I turn them on the wipers work, however, I am unable to get any washer fluid to come out. I use to hear the motor running when I pulled the back for fluid, but now I hear nothing. could this mean I need to change the motor, and if so, how do I do that?
