1998 Honda Accord washer fluid not working

There some reason the washer fluid is not working when I try to use it. I've check the fuse and the window wipers are working prefectly fine when I turn it on but when I try to use the washer fluid it would not work on me. I've in Wisconsin and its cold up there. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi vuetb20,

With engine off, ignition switch ON, get someone to operate the washer and listen for the ewasher motor. If there is no buzzing noise while operating the washer switch, most likely the motor is seized or is wiring circuit is open.

If there is a buzzing noise and no water comong out, it could be the motor vanes that are faulty or the hose is leaking or clogged.
