Steering problem
1998 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 111000 miles

Steering wheel is turned and locked,so the ignition will not turn.I tried turning steering wheel back and forth,but key will not turn.Is there a release for steering wheel lock.

Hi scruffy1379,

The steering lock is released by turning the wheel slightly away from the locked position and turning the ignition key.

If the key tumblers are bad, you need to wiggle it slightly and hope it works.
