I have a 1998 honda accord 4 cylinder. during my recent engine oil change, i notice a little white stuff under the oil filler cap. what surprises me was there were lots of engine oil mixed with coolant in the resorvor. but there has no signs of coolant in the engine oil when i drain it out from the drain plug. so i flushed the raitor and fill with new coolant. after about 2 weeks, my car overheated, and the same problem again, engine oil got inside the radiator, but no signs of coolant inside the oil. what could be the real problem? thanks alot!

It sounds like a leaking head gasket or cracked head.
Did the engine ever overheat prior to you noticing the oil in the reservior?

Yes this could be a head gasket problem but it really could be deeper as in a crack in the block. Major reason why the oil is in the coolant is a pressure difference. Coolant pressure should be 10 to 12 pounds while the oil is usually 40 some pounds.

id double check the transmission fluid level and condition of trans fluid. you could have a bad radiator and the cooler from the transmission is leaking into radiator. or if the radiator also has a oil cooler built into it, that also could be a possibility.
