Electrical problem
1997 Honda Accord 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 180000 miles

I was wondering my car that I just bought used, was running fine until today I noticed that my parking lights are on front and back, the light switch is in the off position and the ignition is turned off, but when you open the door the alarm goes off as your lights are on, my hazards work fine, and my turn signals work to (only when you turn car on), and my headlights and brakelights work to, can't find a blown fuze under the hood in the fuze box, don't know what to do, don't want to spend to much in repairs. I was wondering if you can help thank you. Currently I have to un-hook the battery so the battery doesn't drain.
