P0141= heated 02 sensor lean bank 1 sesnsor 2
P0401= Insufficient EGR flow, check your EGR valve, and under it. Or Plugged with carbon, clean the port under it with a piece of wire coathanger, reset the code, if it comes on again, replace the EGR psition sesnor.
