I have multiple missfiring in my engine, at 85kph speed my Engine light is flashing. I replace fuel injector, checked spark plug sparks, replace map sensor, replace fuel filter, when my fuel tank is full of fuel engine lights is not flashing but gas pedal is hard to press.
Any can help me to determine the problem by reading the freeze frame data;
fuel sys 1 cl
fuel sys 2 NA
Cacl Load (%) 49.80
ECT 87
STFT B1% 12.50
LTFT B1% -1.56
MAP kpa 50.00
Eng rpm 2086
veh speed 85
IAT 50
TPS % 18.43

Thank you

Hi 2carpros_user,

Freeze frame data does not show any abnormalities.

Get a comprssion test performed and let me know the results.

Do you have overheating and coolant losses issues?

According to compression test, all my cylinder are same amount of compression and no coolant losses issues.... do i need to fuel pressure test... or maybe a timing belt, abt egr i replace a used one it same thing it is still missfiring....

What were the compression pressure readings?

Did you check the ignition timing?

A fuel pressure reading would help to understand the problem better.

Are spark plugs indicating any lean or rich conditions? Are they of the correct specifications?

Apart from the misfiring codes, was there any other trouble codes present?

You mentioned gas pedal is hard to depress only when fuel is full?

Did you test the spark plug cables? Get them ohmed and post reading here.

Ignition timing and fuel pressure check not done yet. spark plugs lean or rich? I don't know, how to determine if lean or rich? but they are in correct specification. There was EGR code failure but is not showing up anymore and also my gas cap is not hissing when i unscrew it. 1/4 or 1/2 tank of fuel my gas pedal is hard to depress, and when my fuel tank is full engine light is not flashing anymore but i feel that it is still hard to depress. spark plug cables for is ok. Abt the cylinder compression, all four cylinder are in between 90-200 psi in 4-5 seconds. I have the spark plug picture upload came from engine cylinder 1, picture is blurred. I will send you a message next time again abt fuel pressure and engine time update.

Hard to depress accelerator pedal is due to a sticking throttle valve. If the throttle stopper had not been tampered with ( should not be adjusted as it is factory set ), cleaning the throttle body around the throttle plate should solve the problem.

Compression differences between cylinders is allowed a maximum of 15 psi, your reading of 90 - 200 psi is way beyond the scale and if that is the case, you have a leak somewhere, most likely the valves. Get the valve clearances checked and if too tight, readjust and retest compression. If compression does not increase, a head job would be the minimum required.

The spark plug picture though blurred, seems to show proper ignition.

Thank you very much[/quote:764b3de1a6] Im back, oky ignition timing and fuel pressure okay. The next I did after that Is to check the voltages of those 2 wires going to injector coil, each injector coil has connected from 12 volts power and the other wire from ECM. I unplug the power injector wires, each of them has a power 12 volts, I checked the other wires coming from ECM i have .034 volts except the wires going to cylinder 1 has only .019 volts. could be a bad ECM? or wire is not properly connected to the ecm? AFTER ignition timing and fuel pressure checked any other suggestion?

The ECM wire is for grunding the circuit and testing for voltage should not show anything.

The corrct way is to attach a noid light between the terminals and crnak the engine. If the noid light pulses, the ECM is good.
