My left front tire shakes during excleration at any speed, but quits shaking when i let off the gas pedal

You would want to be checking the lug nuts for proper torque, the ball joints, and of course there is the possibility of a balance or tire cord problem. You best bet is a stop at a trusted alignment and tire center.
