1995 Honda Accord Stereo & Clock

I was trying to fix kenwood stereo in my car i fixed it, and it was working fine. then i take it out to check something and then when i put it back. its telephone mute wire touch the body of stereo player aftre that it stopped working and the clock is also not displaying the time, i thought it may the fuse is gone but when i checked all fuse are fine and even the fuse on my stereo system is also fine. so i dont know what is wrong. anyhelp in this matter will be appreciated.
