1995 Honda Accord SRS Code 52

I'm working on a 1995 accord with the SRS light on. I have a diagnostic code 52 by useing a jumper conector. All of my references stop at 51. I have reset/cleared the srs module by useing the MES connector and the the light returns immediately with the same code 52. The only known electrical work done was the disconecting of the battery for a timing belt change. Can you tell me what the fault code 52 means? don't want to change good components.
