Well, we aren't going to take you that deep in to a repair. What you are talking about is an engine rebuild. The cylinders would need to be checked for cracking and honed. Many other parts should be replaced when in this far as well including bearings, seals, etc. If you are serious about doing so, get a repair manual to help you rebuild the motor.
