Can this be repaired or have to be replaced. If replacement, what willit cost?

If the leak is small enough, maybe... I haven't have much luck with leak repair. A new radiator will cost you $70 plus shipping from rockauto.com, locally will cost your around $100. And figure 3 hours of your time.
