Oxygen Sensor Reset?

How do I reset the oxygen sensor warning light with a manual speedometer. According to the manual this light comes on every 90k miles and requires a reset.

You have to remove the instrument cluster. Turn it over, you will see a small piece of tape just to the right of center. Above the tape is a small screw.Remove the tape, remove the screw from upper hole and screw it into the lower hole
(previously covered by tape). Next time (another 90K) take screw out of lower hole and thread it into upper hole
