Hi, My car all the windows and the windshield get fogey all the time even when is hot outside. I use the heat and the A/C but it don't work.

There seem to be excessive moisture inside the vehicle and I would suggest checking for water leaks. Check if the carpets are damp or wet.

There definitely is moisture in the vehicle and did you check the carpet all round?
