is making this loud noise when hi, my accord 94 it compresses between 20000 and 17000 I changed the manifold gasket and the noise went away for a minute but then came back when i took it for a ride is only when the car slows down between 20000 and 17000 the noise is like a metallic piece vibrates loud and is coming from the front side of the engine where the manifold sticks to the engine. any suggestions would be help full thanks.
